For use with the Nervous System
Diffuser Method
Add between 3-8 drops (depending on room size) of Alive essential oil blend to the surface of the water in your diffuser. Or onto the pad in fan-driven vaporisers. Replenish as needed.
For use with the respiratory system

For use with the Muskuloskeletal system
Body Oil
The musculoskeletal system may benefit from applying a body oil with Alive essential oil blend.
For adults bodily application. Dermal application should be a maximum dermal limit of 1.7% (10 drops per 30ml carrier) for Alive essential oil blend. Depending on the user the dilution may need to be lower for adult bodily application.
For elderly people, those with sensitive skin, or those with medical conditions a 1% dilution (6 drops) is needed.
